This trip will take us to two beautiful places from Transylvania, Salt Mine of Turda, and the medieval mining center from Rimetea. Turda is located just 35 km from Cluj and is a city that has spectacular landscapes, deep caves, and “Cheile Turzii” Natural Park, where we will enjoy the beauty of nature. Since 2007, the Salda in Turda has been transformed into a unique museum, where we will go hundreds of meters below sea level. In the afternoon, we will go to the small village of Rimetea, which was built by German and Hungarian miners in the 13th century, and then we will return to Cluj.
